Here I accept connections on port 3694 from *any* sourced 44/9 or 44.128/10
IP address to 44.88.0.9 without an issue. From the global internet however
if someone wishes to login from any other IP a password needs to be sent to
me to allow the login. The same goes for any IPv6 who wishes to telnet to
port 3694 at 2001:470:8a1e::3... a password is required.
