Subject: Linux and Ham Radio

Most readers are aware of the Linux ax25 programs available for
setting up a full packet radio system. There is still a great deal of
refinement going on and some new ideas.

But as is usual for this kind of effort there is a lot more software
than instructions on how to load and use it. It seemed to me than and now
that a person who ventures into Linux is expected to just "KNOW" a lot of
strange things. After learning what some of these are they are still
strange. But less so.

Now that it all works, and well, I am writing a manual. It will help
others do what I and it seems few others have done with this nice software.
It should make getting a system up and running a weekend rather than months
long project.
