Subject: ETHRAX25 again
There was a fairly catastropic bug in the version of ETHRAX25 (V1.03) which I
recently made available.
I've uploaded a fixed version to ftp.ucsd.edu:
hamradio/packet/tcpip/incoming/ethrax25.1.04.zip
It should also be on my Web page in the next day or so:
http://www.mv.com/users/grebus
Sorry for the inconvenience.

From: "Brian A. Lantz" <brian@lantz.com>
Subject: Withdrawal from TAPR mailing lists....
Due to continual censorship of civil responses I have sent to personal
attacks made against me, I will no longer be an active part of
TAPR-sponsored mailing lists. They permit people to spread lies and
half-truths, but censor the responses, which are made without venom,
correcting the false postings, inferring that the victim should not respond.
The most recently *censored* message was cross-posted to nos-bbs and
tnos-topics, and was read there by many. I am thankful to have
cross-posted this, otherwise it would have not been seen by anyone except
the TAPR censors.
This has happened repeatedly over the last 2 years, and makes TAPR's mailing
lists not viable for my needs.
In addition, one of the moderators just posted a message inferring that
*I* was a problem. I was simply responding to a personal attack with a
factual message, clarifying the false statements.
It is a shame that TAPR cannot deal fairly in these issues. If they
permit attacks and flames, they should permit factual rebuttal. Not doing
so deliberately suppresses one view and supports the other. An
organization like TAPR cannot afford the luxury of such behavior and
still pretend to be an organization for ALL Amateurs. Seems if you wish
to lie about people, that's okay. Tell the truth about yourself, and you
are a problem.....
While my absence will undoubtedly make some happy, it will prevent me
from being able to field general TNOS questions in those arena. I would ask
that anyone a part of those list seeing a message of that sort, please refer
them to one of these lists where I can assist.
