From: Carl Makin <cmakin@nla.gov.au>
Subject: IPIP Daemon
I'm running the IPIP Daemon under FreeBSD 2.1 and seem to be having
some routing problems.
It looks like the daemon won't route on subnets that arn't subnetted
cleanly on a class boundry. ie 44.136/24 works for 44.136.0.x but
44.136/22 doesn't work at all.
Anyone else having this problem?
Carl.

I've asked him for his source diffs. His description of the problem is pretty
clear, however. It looks like an outright bug in NOS that he fixed.

I don't use or maintain the PPP code in NOS, so it's entirely possible
that it's got bugs. Please send me the source and I'll try to apply
the patches to my version.
