I know, but I was hoping someone would have an idea. It is extremely
frustrating trying to help this guy, because I don't have the necessary
hardware to replicate the problem myself. Bill Simpson also wrote the RFC, so
I have a fair amount of confidence that the NOS PPP code is decent. It was
working well for everyone until the most recent Livingston Portmaster firmware
upgrade, and then trouble reports started pouring in.
