Well, being a tier 2 operator you probably have a better idea of stream
size than I do, the server status page now indicates something near 10 kb/sec,
I do not know how it varies with time-of-day, but figure a minimum of 60
kbit/sec incoming, probably more during peaks.
Output, per the Apache web server status page the average rate is
81.5 kB/second (that is kBytes), day/night load varies by more than a
factor of two, so daytime full server bandwidth would exceed T1 capacity.
