1.Please give an examples of that non-delivery WP messages with full details.
Having it will be easy to direct/find the fix to problem.

2.Its not good to off "Send Non-delivery Notifications for P and T messages" - then
it will be not known if normal P-mail was undelivered!
Not suggest to do that!
