NOPE! That (above) setup ONLY establish the LIFE of a msg: namely it
will cleaned at 60th day of its AGE.

In BPQ, the file which stores the BIDs database is WFBID.SYS and, as per
my knowledge, it is not editable or settable: its value should be 32000
as per FBB systems from which it is derive.

Think to our German system, used here, which store the minimum BID
database at about 8.4 millions (i.e. maxbids 8388608) :)
