A few days ago I heard a carrier on exactly 25MHz and also 1 second pips
about 1Khz above. It gave no ID. It didn@t follow any format that I have heard.

28MHz was open to europe at the time. I cannot find any info about 25MHz
time and freq signals so far.

Is anyone aware of any operating ?
