I got a SWL-report from Germany. It was from "a qso" with a LX0-station
01.12.2002 on 21mc ssb. Well, I newer worked that station, but I put a dx-spot
to some cluster...
Is this a new way of trying to get qsls ? If somebody puts a dx-spot to a
cluster, he has for 90% sure worked that station. Let's send a SWL-report to
the spotter...
