Hello all,
The name to remember is Glen Hauser. That should give you the best search
clue I can offer. His SWL/DX program which is detailed and comprehensive
I might add may be found on many SWBC stations, WBCQ among them. Check
http:/www.wbcq.com for the program guide and if propagation isn't
favorable you may listen to the audio stream on Live365 which BTW
provides better quality and reliability than the station's own. (;->)
Radio Havana Cuba also airs a very good one hosted by Arnie Coro C02KK
who BTW is a very good friend to many including myself and is considered
a renown authority on SW and Amateur Radio worldwide. Sorry, I don't
remember the URL off hand but surely Google, Mother or another good
search engine will turn it up. Frankly, I don't know of any international
broadcaster without one.
This naturally goes back to that ancient phrase, seek and ye shall find.
While packet may not provide all the answers, this reply among others
will surely point you in the right direction. Now let's not hear the
usual whinging that some lack an Internet connection simply because they
can easily get the mailing address one way or another and request a
program guide by post and listen on that trusty SW radio.
