Hi Mel and SWLs,
It's been a while, so you have me wondering if you were listening to
China or the VOA. There is a "Chinese" broadcaster that is part and
parcel of the Voice Of America with it's facilities in Washington DC and
uses the VOA broadcasting facilities. One of those "government in exile"
arrangements, several countries use other's facilities for carrying their
services.
Maybe someone reading this has the answer OR you can try the web site,
everybody has one. Frankly, I'm too lazy to do my homework, so will
someone do it for me? (;->)

SWLing is SO confused these days, you never know where the signal is
coming from anymore. Remember when the BBC World Service came from
Manchester? Would you like to see the picture? An e-mail request will get
you one from me.
