Hi all!
I heard a PIRATE station on my trusty Navy B40 this morning...it was on 6.220 mhz @ 09:00 approx.
The Conditions were very poor, i.e. QRN & QSB...
The station calls it'self LAZER FM.
The DJ was called Paul Johnson and he was plying various music.
He was asking for œ5 donations to support the station.
The PO BOX number was in Berlin, Ontario, Canada.
They can be found (I think) on www.lazerfm.com
They also TX on 75 metres, but couldn't catch the freq:
Hope you can find it and hear it under better conditions than I did :-)
Although I have 3 RX's, I was using a Navy B40 that I've recently repaired.
73 and good SWLing!
Melvyn.
