Maybe Andy will read foul language into that title!! Hoots mon!
However it is actually getting away from the guns beloved by Warren onto
another topic.

Why, Oh why do the outfielders and short stop in base ball wear a glove?
In the game of cricket we have outfielders up to 75 yards from the batsman
and also in very close, who field and catch with bare hands balls
travelling at over 100 mph.Now I played baseball and even with a glove I
could get a bruise on my glove hand fielding at first base - a glove is
necessary there and on second and third, but in the outfield??? Why?
The wicket keeper alone in cricket has gloves. Have baseball players got
very soft hands?

Mix a frog in with your answer Warren. Maybe your frogs play baseball!!
Cheers,
Bob VK6BE.
