As I said I don't like sport but TV coverage of something gets people
talking. The fans of Gallatasserye, (Spelling?) the Turkis football team
are well known for fighting and causing trouble in other countries. Much
worse than the England supporters.
Perhaps, if they are so bad, it might explain the use of 'Turks' for
street gangs etc:
