For the fellow that inquired about old DOS door games, I have an SBBS set up
on 44net and via IPv6 that hosts some oldies but moldies from the 1990s and
up including 2 versions of LORD to play along with FidoNet echo mail. For
Linux and Windows you may install syncterm for the best ansi graphic terminal.
If you're into doing .qwk mail packets I suggest multimail. All of the above
projects are on SourceForge. I hope to have most of my reg keys for my doors
installed shortly.
To get in, configure the client to go to:
bbs.n1uro.com
port 2300
Use 80x25 for your screen mode,
and to get the best simulation of the old days I suggest you set your comm
rate to 9600. Not too slow, not too fast for doors.
