The most famous cable-car in the world will take the team (F0DIA Andre,
F6FNL Pierre Marie, and Damien F5RRS), after a dizzying aerial voyage, as
far as the Aiguille du Midi (3842 metres)
They will be active as TM8MB from the Aiguille du Midi (3842 metres) in
Chamonix Mont-Blanc (WWL: JN35KV) on 07-08 June 2003 during the THF R.E.F.
Contest.
They will operate on 144Mhz, 432Mhz, 1296Mhz SSB and CW.
They had been authorized to operate in this special place (uppermost top
in Europe after Mont-Blanc 4807 metres) for 2 days.
144Mhz : IC-910H / 9 element Yagi / 100 watts
432Mhz : IC-910H / 17 element Yagi / 50 watts
1296Mhz : IC-910H / 23 element Yagi / 10 watts
