Hi All,
My name is Les (VK1HLM) and I'm a Cub Leader with a group in Canberra.. I also co-ordinate one
of the JOTA stations in Canberra.
Next Wednesday (the 21st of May) I'm running a radio night for my Cubs. As part of the night
I'll be hopefully firing up on HF, but mainly I'll be activating my Echolink node.
I'm hoping to be on air from 1910hrs (Australian Eastern Standard) till 2015-ish. If there's any
other scouters who want to chat to my cubs, it'd be great if you could connect to Node VK1HLM-L
as I'll have the link active from home down to the Scout Hall. Unfortunately, I have no internet
down there, so I won't be able to search for other stations.
Please feel free to give me a 'hoy if you want any more info. I'm also happy to try and contact
any other groups for their radio nights.
