I have a friend who is an M3 and also a scout and there is an award he
can obtain by contacting so many countries or QSO's can anyone give me
any guidance on this matter as to when scout net's are on and if IRLP is
used to make the contacts.Any help most welcome .
As far as I understand the award is only open to scouts holding an
amateur radio licence.
