To Bob VK6BE, and as well anyone who is reading the posting....
In past postings when Bob and I got into it., There was mention
of his teaching and his students, and I told Bob, he was lucky
I was not in his classroom, and he told me , I could be so
lucky.....
In reading some of the postings to Bob, and teaching and his
comments, WE all have to remember that Bob has been retired
these many years, and if they did call him back to teach,
he might have to get a refresher and of course update
to what is taught nowadays in his country.
Bob's past as a teacher, is noteworthy. He has posted them
and others have also told me about them. There is no
grounds to attack this man on his record as a teacher
or his awards...they are there to see.
As a student in Bob's classroom, I am sure I would have
been just as stubborn there as here in Canada, as I engaged
my teacher's in debate all the time, and our debates ended
in just somewhere haveing a chat about it, to where I learned
just what is covered and not covered, and that was that....
I feel, I would have got the same chance with Bob, then and
I have no problem with him sticking his head in the sand
when I nail him or someone else....We do it, to Bob...not
Mr. Bob the teacher. There is no doubt me and wazza
would in the corner or standing up or in the office
and lots of detentions etc... if we were in his class.
