Nella splendida giornata quasi estiva di domenica 27 settembre si è svolto il VI Meeting ARI Satelliti il e il 40 Anniversario AMSAT-INTERNAZIONALE.
L' incontro si è tenuto presso l'Hotel Joseph di Marina di Pietrasanta Lucca.
La mattinata ha avuto inizio con l'intervento di IW5BSF Roberto, Coordinatore Satelliti ARI, che ha relazionato sulla costituzione di Amsat-Internazionale e i suoi 40 anni di attivit… con la proiezione di alcune slide.
IK0NSY Stefano ha presentato alcune problematiche del settore con alcune proposte: il difficile reperimento di fondi a livello di organizzazione internazionale, tema molto importante, è stato oggetto di interventi, in quanto la mancanza di disponibilità economica e
il continuo lievitare degli oneri richiesti per il lancio, frenano la conclusione, nei tempi previsti, di progetti praticamente ultimati.
Dopo una breve pausa , sono stati presentati i progetti dei Satelliti di maggior rilievo come Phase3E AMSAT-DL,Eagle AMSAT-NA e P5A Missione su Marte.
IW4ALK Vincenzo, incuriosito dai satelliti a bassa orbita (Leo), vista l'esperienza dei Radioamatori in USA N3UC ed AA4RC su AO-27 che opera in modo digitale e fonia sulla frequenza di 436.800 MHz con Uplink 145.850 MHz , ha proposto che si potrebbe
ripetere l'esperimento in Italia attirando l'interesse di molti partecipanti per provare a fare traffico normale su questi satelliti.
IW5BSF Roberto ha presentato alcune note costruttive di un preamplificatore Low Noise per VHF/UHF sviluppato da PA3BIY e presentato sulla rivista Dubus Magazine 1/2002,con caratteristiche per la banda 2m di un guadagno di 21 dB con Nf di 0.30 e in 70Cm
da un guadagno di 16dB con Nf 0.30 dB.
IW4ALK Vincenzo e I4YOU Gabriella del Gruppo Microonde Monte Giogo e Monte Maggiore, hanno illustrato ai presenti i lavori svolti nel 2009 presso la base del Monte Giogo per l'attivazione del Paraboloide della prima tratta ovest che gi… ha dimostrato la sua
ottima funzionalità con splendidi e ripetuti collegamenti in banda VHF-UHF e in 1296 MHz in modo ssb verso la Francia del sud e la Spagna,vedi relativo link : http://www.ik4mgv.it
Inoltre è stata ricordata l'attività sperimentale D-STAR 2008 con apparecchiature private realizzando collegamenti a lunga distanza via Troposcatter e l'attivazione temporanea di un link tra le zone I0, I3, I4 in fonia e dati con il supporto del Paraboloide del Monte Giogo e
del Ripetitore IQ4GS utilizzato come Gateway in VHF-UHF.
Un altro interessante argomento che è stato affrontato riguarda l' aggiornamento sulle Frequenze di Radioamatore (PNRF 2008 del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico), seguito dal nuovo Band Plan 2009 dalla Conferenza di Cavat Austria. Verso le ore 12:00 ,
terminati dei lavori , in prossimità del pranzo sono stati consegnati agli intervenuti dei certificati di apprezzamento per la partecipazione.

VI Meeting Satellites ARI - 40th Anniversary AMSAT-International from 1969 to 2009
In the beautiful summer day nearly Sunday, September 27th was held the sixth meeting ARI satellites and the 40th Anniversary of the AMSAT-International.
Meeting was held at the Hotel Joseph Marina di Pietrasanta Lucca.
The morning began with the intervention of IW5BSF Roberto, ARI Coordinator Satellites, which has reported on the formation of Amsat-International and its 40-year career with the screening of some slides.
IK0NSY Stephen has presented some problems in the sector with some proposals: the difficulty in finding funds to international organizations, an issue very important, was the subject of intervention, as the lack of availability and the continuous rise of the economic
burden for the launch , hamper the conclusion, on schedule, projects almost completed.
After a short break, were presented the most significant projects of the satellites as Phase3 AMSAT-DL, AMSAT-NA Eagle and P5A missions to Mars.
IW4ALK Vincenzo, intrigued by the satellites to low earth orbit (LEO), given the experience of Amateur Radio in the U.S. N3UC and AA4RC on AO-27 operating in digital mode and voice on the frequency of 436,800 MHz 145,850 MHz Uplink, suggested that we could
repeat the experiment in Italy has received interest from many participants to try to do normal traffic on these satellites.
IW5BSF Roberto makes some constructive a Low Noise Preamplifier for VHF / UHF PA3BIY developed and presented by the journal Dubus Magazine 1 / 2002, with features for the 2m band gain of 21 dB with Nf of 0.30 and a 70cm gain of 16dB with Nf 0:30 dB.

She also was reminded of the experimental D-STAR 2008 with private equipment realizing long-haul links via Troposcatter and temporary activation of a link between zones I0, I3, I4 in voice and data with the support of the paraboloid of Mount Giogo Repeater and Gateway IQ4GS used as VHF-UHF.
Another interesting topic that was addressed concerns update on amateur radio frequencies ( PNRF 2008 the Ministry of Economic Development ), followed by the new Band Plan 2009 by the Conference Cavatas Austria. At about 12:00 am, having completed its work, in the vicinity of the dinner speakers were handed out certificates of appreciation for participation.
