In response to Manfreds (DL7UTX) information concerning the condition of
AO-10, I communicate via this bird frequently, and whilst there are times
when results are disappointing, on average my efforts are rewarded. I
summarise below an extract from my log for 3-12-2000 for a thirty minute
operating period, HA2RD, I5MPK, DB2DX, DG1MDN, PA0CIS, UR5MID, ON5NY,
SM0DY, F8FOJ, IW5HN.

My transceivers are nearly 25 years old and my modest 20w output to 2X12
elm uplink and 2X8 elm downlink yagis, without the help of Audio or RF
amplifiers, seems to do the trick.

See you there.
