Well i've listen all the msg about a good antenna for the ISS passes here
above Europe. In the pasr i worked the MIR spacestation with a very good
antenna called "Quadrifilar".I'am also memeber of the Remote Imaging
Group in the UK and i made a quadrifilar aerial for the Weathersatellites
in the 137 Mhz band.A few weeks later i put a prg that calculated this
aerial for building it for the 2 m band, and it's works very very well.I
live here in the countrie and i'am -2,5m under the the sealevel,so that i
installed my 2m aerial only 6 m agl,and the result are vy optimal for
working the NO-44 (Pcsat) and of course the ISS.It's a antenna that is
described in a Rig magazine nr 37.
I sugest everyone to have no vy much place to built this aerial,it's a
pleasure to monitoring the ISS with this.
2 qsl 's all of the ISS with this aerial,is in my collection also with 3
qslcard ofthe MIR spacestation.
So that was my oppinion about about this subject.
I wish every one to have also many contact with the ISS station .
Best 73's to all de ON1DML Paul.
