Concerning AO-40

I know what LEILA do, but what does it the abbreviation stand for?

Anyone seen any 2.4 and 24Ghz receivers lately to listen to the Beacon and
Downlinks of AO-40.Thought so.
Pity the 2 and 70cm downlink/beacon does not operate any more.I got S9+
signal from the 2Mtr beacon when it was still working. Pity real pity.

How do i get my hands on a down converter from 2.4 and 24Ghz to 2 or 70cm?
