** Bruce Paige, KK5DO, AMSAT VP-User Services & Awards Manager says that
congratulations go out to Alan Lyday, Sr., WC9C, for earning his Oscar
Satellite Communications Achievement Award. He is recipient #363. He also
earned the AMSAT Oscar Sexagesimal Award #126, as well as the South Africa
AMSAT Award #US71.
