** Ecliptic's RocketCam imaging system will provide onboard video of the
commemorative flight of Utah State University's full-scale modern replica of
the Wright brothers' historic aircraft, the Wright Flyer. Initial test
flights are scheduled to start in late January 2003. -- SpaceDaily
** On November 26, 2002 agreements were executed in Moscow, Russia between
the International Space Company, Kosmotras and the private United States
company TransOrbital, Inc., for use of a series of Dnepr launch vehicles on
the first commercial missions to the Moon. --SpaceDaily
** The launch of ICESat and CHIPSat, scheduled to be launched by a Delta II
rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, last Thursday is now
targeted for January 8 at the earliest. --SpaceDaily
