NASA/KSC reported that the launch of STS-76 will be delayed for
24 hours due to high winds at the Return To Launch Site and in
the SRB recovery water areas.
New date and time is Friday, March 22 at 0813 UTC for the beginning
of the seven-minute wide launch window.
