On friday afternoon myself and my wife N4TAE were here monitoring for the
upcoming STS-78 pass. I commenced to hear an unmodulated carrier with
up doppler on it at about 2109 UTC. At 2110 UTC Susan KC7NHZ worked a
WA3? and then I called her and She Came right back but had my call as
W5AUQ so I corrected her and she came Back and confirmed our contact
as W5HUQ. Then N4TAE called her at 2112 UTC and Susan came Right back
and confirmed that contact. A WA4? was worked next (Idid not write the
call down) and then at 2114 UTC N4ENV was confirmed by Susan. Since
that time I have heard no other activity from the Shuttle.
Good Luck to everyone.
John W5HUQ
