Hallo Charlie, Dave and all Sally fans,
creating Sally timing script is very simple and easy in the new version.

First write with your favourite text editor (notepad!?) your script and then
save it with the extension .SCR (i.e nameFile.scr) and put it into the scripts
folder.

The extension .scr is a screen saver extension so the file you save will be an
application file nameFile.src.

Under Configure/Event scheduler and click on the ADD EVENT button, so you will
create a new row at the top of the event list, select the new row.

With the drop-down list select "Run script" for the EVENT column.

Set the time you wish the event to be run by clicking on the hours or minutes
column and then either press the up/down buttons or enter numbers from the
keyboard. If the event must be run into same time, every hour set this check
box.

With the drop-down list select "Every day" if you wish the event must be run
every day.

WRITE nameFile.SCR in the COMMENT field. (this is VERY IMPORTANT).

That's all!

If you wish to try the script event, select the row and click on the RUN NOW
button. If the script will be correct it should be no problems.

It's very important that nameFile.scr is nameFile.scr and NOT nameFile.scr.txt
(HI)...

Have fun.

Frase del giorno:
Niente e' piu' dannoso di un'idea se essa e' l'unica che hai!

73 Ciao a tutti Renzo.
