Yrs, that was correct. I had been running Winpack 6.80 with AGW, with no
problems.
Although I could get Sally up and running, I went through the
configuration screens scrwwns, and although I selected AGW, it would not
recognise that it was there.
I decided to give up on it meantime, and went back to Winpack. It was
then that it wouldn't work. rx or tx.
I then proceeded to uninstall Sally, but it still wouldn't work.
The rest is history, as has been mentioned in several bulletins.
I had at that point installed Sally 3.122 and AGW2002.308 as had been
suggested, but still no operation of Sally, or Winpack afterward.
Therefoe I am very suspicious of Sally, especially if running on the same
machine as Winpack. Hence my comment about trying on a different PC with
another modem.
Once bitten, Twice shy, as they say...
