Hi All,
After trawling the I/net one nit, I downloaded a few packet programmes.
(TSTHost, T4 & Sally 3)
I loaded Sally, and when I tried to run it I drew a blank, needing a file
MSVBVM60.DLL, which I duly copied from the Inet PC, which runs XP.

The Packet PC is a P233, 64 mg RAM, & running W98SE (which was an upgrade
for Win 3.1 to w95) and AGW 2002.10. The file in my PC was MSVBVM50.DLL,
so when I loaded the later file, Sally 3 then ran. I tried to get it set
up the best I could determine from the help available, but was
unsuccessful.
It appears that a TNC is required, but all I have is a Baycom m odem. The
question is, will Sally run with a Baycom modem, and if so, where have I
screwed up. It looks like a promising programme, *IF* I can get it running
with my current setup.

I would like to try this programme if I could. I haven't downloaded
TSTWin , but it appears that TSTHost & T4 are DOS. No problems setting
them up on a DOS rig, as I have TPK running in that mode very well.

Thus, I await info for setting it up including a relevant script for it,
also. From what I have seen, but not worked, it looks very promising.

I feel I have the right combo, but not the right clues, which is why I
would like pointers to at least get it started operationally, as I will
find much more about it when it runs.
