If you look in your Sally\Scripts folder, you may well find GB9TEL.FWD,
which is a Telnet script. Here is a part of my own:-
ConnectToHost
Set Timeout 25
On Disconnect Abort
On Timeout Abort
TelnetMode
TelnetAddress gb7esx.ath.cx
TelnetPort 23
ConnectToHost
WaitFor Callsign
Send m0pzt
WaitFor Password
Send mypassword
SendId
WaitForChevron
On ScriptEnd StayConnected

It's the TelnetMode that you need to put in, to get a Telnet Console
instead of a normal Console.
