Well one way might be to get the various BBSs to initiate the forwarding
to you, instead of trying to do it in the reverse direction. Of course
each BBS would have to put in a list of things ( such as @WW ) just as it
does for forwarding to another BBS.
That way Sally would be presented with each BID/MID and would avoid duplicates
being imported.
