Hi Plessey radio enthusiasts,
I am looking for a manual (or copy) for a mobile UHF set MTR7000.
It is a crystal controlled radio suitable for 70cm 430-450 MHz FM use.
I have had no success using Google search.
If anyone knows of an internet resource for Plessey Radio, I would
appreciate a reply with URL.
My local BBS uses a MTR7000 for 1k2 baud UHF access & night time
forwarding over UHF voice repeater network (ZL National System) between 2
am & 5 am (when all good voice, mobile operators are sleeping, HI). Having
a copy of the manual would be useful and I have a spare MTR7000 radio
needing modification from 480 MHz service.
My club has copies of the MTR6000 VHF (2m) & UF61 (UHF) Plessey radio
manuals. Those radios are also used in our F6FBB + G8PZT Xrouter BBS
(ZL1AB) network.
