WriteLOG used to support the PK232 and works under Windows. I don't know if
the latest version of WriteLOG still supports the PK232 though.

A very popular program is MMTTY which uses the soundcard and doesn't need
an external TU/TNC. Best of all it's free and is an excellent piece of
software. I use it as a RTTY plugin for HamScope. You can get it from
http://amateur-radio.ca/

You should be able to control the PK232 using Hyperterminal which is part
of all Windows installations. You will of course have to issue all the
commands manually but at least you will still be able to have RTTY
contacts.
