simple very low noise level, very sensitive 6metre receiver, (and very
unselective) in a .bmp file schematic
The BFR91A (any low noise NPN) begins oscillating sooner if there is some
RF to start it earlier, and it stops oscillating a little later if there
is some RF to keep is oscillating. So it has performed AM to pulse width
convertion. The pulsewidth output is integrated by the 10k and 0.01 and
then amplified by the LM386.
The 2p2 capacitor can be increased the 3p3 if it doesn't run.
The NPN oscillates even if collector and emitter are reversed, ( So you
don't need a very high frequency transistor)

The schematic opens with "paint" on Windows.
If you open paint twice, then it is possible to cut from circuit#1 and
paste to circuit#2 to copy the resistor & capacitors.
