Thanks to all of you that have called and had QSO with me operating QRP
for the DCI Award from DCI-TE056 new location, just numbered.
In the next days I'll try to be operating from other two new ones, in
I2 , just look on DCI News for that or sometimes somebody purts me on
the cluster. Mostly it will be on 40, but I try often to see what's on
at 14267 for other friends that cannot reach me on 40m. On this band I
often hear very strong sigs from ZL, but sorrily enough there are lot
of QRO stations answering their calls and so with my poor 5 watt I
cannot do anything but QSY. If some ZL is reading this, please try
sometimes to call for QRP stations also, may be you will be surprised
and amazed to know that it is possible to get a 10000 miles qso with
5 watt and a fishing rod antenna.... when surrounding signals aren't
roofing at s9+10 , hi hi. If you come here with 59 running 500 watt and
your receiver is able to tune S3 signals and copy them, so you may get
qso with a station having abt 36 dB less than your 500 watts... if
other hams are permitting this- standing qrx for a while.
Of course , I could run a full gallon to alert you that I am here, but
after that passing to a 5w would be like to gamble .... it's no sport.

So I hope to have soon the eager of making another 10000 miles with 5w
but this time on 40m band!!!

73 and hope to meet you all on the air from sime of our old beautiful
Ca stles of the DCI _ Italian Castles Award - See www.dcia.iot to know
more pardon www.dcia.it
