Hello  to  anyone  outside the UK, if anyone remembers the  G2DAF  transmitters
used  a  tunable  IF say 5- 5.5 Mhz, and assosciated KW &  early  trio/kenwood,
heathkit  transceivers  that used a tunable IF. The point being  after  hunting
through  loads  of  the SPRAT magazines, it appears that tunable  IF's  are  no
more  ? if anyone has any details using modern components, I'd like to know  of

I  have  missed  out Ten-Tec century 20 & 21, but the rx side go  to  a  direct
conversion, and not superhet conversion... I'm trying to get a 10 metre rx
put together.....
