Does anyone know what this is? I have a recording posted here:
https://twitter.com/ukspacegov/status/1538636630386434049?s=20&t=ZPMSYBPRa3iHxJxD30-a-A

I was just doing an experiment between NL and EI when it crashed the band.

Never heard something like that before, it sounds like an ALE but it might
be anything, I really don't know.

Freq: 7.045 but it was centered on 7.050 and about 100khz wide?
