Greetings all!

I'm interested in knowing if anyone has heard the following.

* A wideband signal about 15 - 20Khz wide
* Sounds a bit like pactor crossed with ALE but faster
* Hovers around 14.150 - 14.160Mhz
* Comes in bursts about 1 minute long

Time heard here between 2000 - 2200 utc.
Perhaps it's a new OTH radar system or custom ALE mode ?

IARU monitoring service lists lots of oddball Russian military stuff
operating in this area.

Propagtion at the time is very good to the UA3/4 region too.

Thoughts,observations and comments to QRM@ww (bulletin) please.

Cheers all de &y (still alive!)
