EDITOR's Note
This edition number 200 probably last therefore that I am very
tired making releases already in current more than 4 years in the
single. In adition my health status don't allows me spend such
many time on the Radio. I think and I hope that the Notes were
useful in business development PSK31 Mode and maybe someone from
you can support my undertaking and will continue to issue of a
Note for common advantage. Or we can make as do the guys which
issue RTTY Notes. Their four and everyone is engaged in release
once per one month. Write your offers to the reflector and we all
together shall discuss this question. Lets all together continue
     useful undertaking!
Thanks to all readers and especialy to those who sent BANDPASSES
     for the Notes. 73's
