Notes of interest:

EM0U-Apparently there was confusing information about the QSL manager
     for this station. Alex, UT3UZ states that the official QSL routes
     for EM0U are: for SSB and CW contacts via UT3UZ, for RTTY and PSK
     contacts via UT7UW. [TNX 425DXN]

SV9- CRETE. Dick, G3URA is QRV as SV9/G3URA until May 15. He will
     be active during the Volta contest.  Outside the contest, he will
     be active on the newer bands as well as using PSK31. QSL to home
     call. [TNX ARLD]

UA - EUROPEAN RUSSIA. Special call RL1A is active until May 31 to
     celebrate the 300th anniversary of the city of Saint Petersburg.
     Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using SSB.QSL via RA1AG.[TNX ARLD]

YV4- VENEZUELA. Dario, YV4GMG, in Santa Cruz, informs OPDX that he is
     active on 160 meters and 6 meters (on 50110 kHz), as well as 20/
     15/10 meters. On HF, he can also be active on PSK31/SSTV/RTTY/
     MMT63/AMTOR. QSL via his home callsign. Also, active from the same
     station is Hector/YV4GMH and Maria/YV4GMB. [TNX OPDX]

VK9- LORD HOWE ISLAND, OC-004. Trevor,VK7TS, and Rex,VK7MO, are signing
     VK9LS in SSB/CW/PSK/RTTY/SSTV on 10/15/20m from May 3-10. QSL via
     bureau. [TNX DXNL]

Z3 - Lothar, DJ7ZG and Babs, DL7AFS plan to be active as Z38Z from
     Macedonia starting on 15 May for about ten days. They will operate
     on 6-160 metres mainly RTTY, PSK and SSB and will concentrate on
     North America and Japan. QSL via DL7AFS. Their homepage is at
