Notes of interest:
RL1- Special prefixes issued to celebrate 300 anniversary of
St.Petersburg (Leningrad) City. Activity will be during May.
QSL cards possible via bureau or via operators' instructions.

SV9- Dick, G3URA is active as SV9/G3URA from Crete until 15 May. He
will be on RTTY during the ARI and Volta contests; outside the
contests, he will be active again on PSK31, including the WARC
bands. QSL via home call, either direct or through the bureau.

VK9C & VK9X, COCOS-KEELING AND CHRISTMAS ISLANDS. Three of the YLs who
operated VK9YL and ZK1XYL last year, namely Gwen/VK3DYL, June/VK4SJ
and Elizabeth/VE7YL (CW), will activate Cocos Keeling Islands
(OC-003) October 12-25th, and Christmas Island (OC-002) October
26th through November 9th next. Activity will be on 80-10 meters,
SSB and CW - no RTTY or PSK. Their callsigns and detailed QSL
information will be announced later by the QSL Manager VK3DYL.

VK9L-LORD HOWE ISLAND. Trevor, VK7TS and Rex, VK7MO will be QRV as
VK9LS from May 3 to 10. Activity will be on 20, 15 and 10 meters
using CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK31. They will also be on 2 meters
and 70 and 23 cm using JT44, FSK441, VFSKCW and SSB for Meteor
Scatter QSOs. QSL via operators' instructions. [TNX ARLD]
