Notes of interest:
9N - NEPAL. Toshi, JA1ELY, informs OPDX that Kiyo, JH3PAS, will be
active once again from Kathmandu as 9N7AS between December
23-30th. Also, following the 9N7AS activity, look for Kazu,
JA8MWU, to be active as 9N7WU, also from Kathmandu, between
December 30th and January 6th. Both operations will be on all
bands, 160-6 meters. 9N7AS will operate SSB, CW, RTTY and PSK31,
but 9N7WU will only be active on SSB. QSL via their home callsigns

DL_ant- Felix Riess, DL5XL will be working as radio operator and
electronics engineer at the German "Neumayer" base (WABA DL-03)
on the Eckstrom Ice Shelf (AN-016), Antarctica during the austral
winter (not summer, as reported in 425 DX News #603) season, from
March through November 2003. He plans to operate when time permits
mainly on CW (but also on SSB, RTTY, PSK31 and HELL) as DP1POL.
