November to 9 December. He plans to be active on all bands, 6
metres included (beacon at 50.104 MHz), and will try to operate
also RTTY and PSK31. Those who need 5W on a particular band or mode
     can e-mail Bill at bill.w7tvf@air-internet.com [TNX 425DXN]

6Y - JAMAICA (QRP). Team Vertical will head back to Jamaica from
     November 16-26th. Operators include K2KW, KE7X, N6BT, N6XG,
W6FOG, W6NS and W7CB. While the main goal will be QRP single
band entries in the CQ WW CW Contest (November 23-24th), this
will be a well-rounded DXpedition covering many bands and modes.
In the contest, look for 6Y9A to be activated by Walter, N6XG,
     on 15m QRP; 6Y2A to be activated by Fredrick, KE7X, on 20m QRP;
6Y4A to be activated by Ken, K2KW, on 40m QRP; 6Y8A to be acti-
vated by Tom, N6BT, on 80m QRP and 6Y0A to be activated by Larry,
W7CB, on 160m QRP. Outside the contest, operators will sign
homecall/6Y5, and activity will be on 160-6 meters, the WARC
bands, and the Satellites. Most modes will be covered: CW, SSB,
RTTY, and some PSK31. There will be a dedicated 6m station
(W6NS/6Y5 w/ breakable beacon on 50.101) and 2 dedicated Satellite
     stations (W6FOG/6Y5) on AO-7, AO-27, AO-40, FO-20, FO-29, and
UO-14. QSL all QSOs via WA4WTG. QSL exception - USA satellite QSOs
will be sent via AMSAT. For more details, please visit:
           http://www.k2kw.com [TNX OPDX]

8Q7- Juergen, DL8LE will active from the Maldives (AS-013) during his
holidays from 17 November until 3 December. He will try to operate
on 10-80 metres mainly CW,with some SSB, RTTY and PSK 31 depending
on local conditions. The call sign is not known yet. QSL via home
call either direct or through the bureau. [TNX 425DXN]

9M6- Look for 9M6/OK2SG, 9M6/OK2WH and 9M6/OK2PBM to be active on all
HF bands CQ, SSB, RTTY and PSK31 plus 6 metres from Sabah, East

contest (November 20th through December 1st). Activity will be on
CW/SSB/RTTY/PSK31 on 160-6 meters. Operation site will be near
Banjul and the callsign will be C53M. Juha reports that he has now
10 people to go with him (some not hams). However, he still needs
a couple of CW operators to join them. Juha states The Gambia is
very easy to get to and cheap access, at least for Scandinavian
