Hmm... Could certanly be done, but we already have PACTOR ;) I only can
imagine one HD digital mode that is currently missing. An 'slow' TOR mode
like AMTOR is, but done with cheap soundcard software using narrowband psk
modulation. Would be certanly interesing :)
QPSK need an greater Signal to noise ratio, but adds error correction.
