Hi all,
Simon and I have been working hard to bring you v2.1, Build #264 of the
FT-817 Commander and PSK31 Deluxe.
The major changes are:
FT-817 Commander...
* Fixed problem double-clicking in the bands editor.
* Memory manager - group letter now uppercase in the Memory > Channel column.
PSK31 Deluxe
* The automatic adjusting of input level when the soundcard is overloaded
has been made optional (default = off). Some laptops always complain of overload.
* Added palette editor: Tools > Palette Editor.
* Default tags and macros use Own Values.
* Macro prompt window improved.
* Tags now (optionally) hold values on a per-channel basis: Tags > Per-channel Tags.
* Added a startup / customize window for first-time users: Tags > Enter own Values.
* Added a clock: View > Toolbars > Clock.
* Individual tags and macros can now be disabled so that the definition persists but they are not displayed.
* Added support for the backspace key - you can backspace over sent text when in Tx mode.
* Super browser - lots of changes, added squelch, made search algorithm much more aggressive, double-click or right-click on a channel to copy a channel to a normal PSK31 window, optionally starting a macro.
* reworked the F8 Options window.
The program should now run happily on a P133.

Those of you who don't own a FT-817 are advised to download only the
stand-alone version.
