Subject: [psk31] soundcard connections
I have been successful in connecting my FT-920 to my HP computer (built-in
sound), but am trying to keep data in hand for possible future changes.
(I'm not too sure the soundcard is all working at full level)
I would like to know if any of you know which cards have a full list of in
and out connectors. I dont really care about Game ports, but it would be
nice to have "speaker out", "line out", "Mic in", "Line in" as a minimum
set accessible from the outside. (The CD line is usually inside).
Additionally, some cards have a volume control on the back, presumably for
the speaker out line. Any identification of these would also be nice.
I appreciate any input along these lines.

Subject: [psk31] Media Vision Pro Audio Studio Soundcard Problem
This card used to work on both transmit and receive for me just fine.
The other day I brought up PSK31SBW (V1.08) to find it will only
receive. On transmit, the program hangs - no warble, no error
messages, no nothing. Same story with V1.06. Re-installed soundcard
drivers & been to Microsoft website for clues, but still no luck.
Checked every configuration option I can find.
Wonder if anyone has had a similar problem.
FWIW, BTL also hangs on transmit.
