Hi there..
concerning SOUNDBLASTER LIVE!
1. On my laptop Toshiba Tecra 720 I have tested several softwares for
PSK31 with good results (logger, WinPSK, digipan,etc...).
2. I tried the same softwares on the new pc: Pentium III 450Mhz with
soundblaster live!
2.1. WinPSK,A2000/T2000 are doing fine as expected from the data sheets
2.2. unfortunatly for Logger, digipan, mix32-demo nothing is received.
All audio set-up are corrects and all audio editing features disabled
reverb, effects...)
All expected screens are correct but the RX areas of the screens
are fully blank ( or dark), just like as no audio has been injected!!!.
The SB live! has a EMU10K1 internal processor 32 bits deep
and is perfect for the multitrack music editing.
Has anyone already worked PSK31 with that type of sb card?? Or am I
wrong somewhere with a special set-up for it? or may be incompatibility?
Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Got Digipan working with the SoundBlaster Live! card.
I had the same problem. I could input audio, and hear it in the speaker,
but no display with Digipan.
Seems the Configure -> Sound Input menu on Digipan does nothing of value.
This is what I did...
Bring up the SoundBlaster Live! Mixer application. Right click on the icon
in the upper left of the app.
A drop down dialog box appears.
Select View -> Record Control
Click on the icon representing your input source. For me, it was the
microphone.
The icon turns red when selected.
Start Digipan.
Just add audio, and it shows up on the display.
Works for me!
Probably the same fix for other apps, I'll try them later...
