Subject: [psk31] PSK31/LOGGER on 486 Computers
List Members:
If this is a repeat please forgive me as I'm having trouble posting to the
list.
I run PSK31SBW on a 486DX2/66 PC with 32 mb of memory. This seems to work
fine. However, I've tried Logger and the PSK portion locks up when I try
to run it. Apparently from what I've read here the CPU should be
faster. I'm looking around to upgrade the CPU to a DX4/100 or 120. Will
that be enough or should I just drop the idea and move to a Pentium? Would
more memory solve the problem?
